3/4 cup sugar*
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
2 Tbsp butter
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 ounce can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth (1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with hand beater). Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes.

*For diabetic recipe: Use equal amounts of brown sugar replacement and Equal to replace the 3/4 cup of sugar. Use fat free evaporated milk.
