16 oz. can creamed corn
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tsp. onion powder
2 T. oleo, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Topping:
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
4 T. oleo, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, pour into 1 quart buttered baking dish. Top with topping mix. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes.
