1 Roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/3 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Fresh Fruit of Your Choice- cut up strawberries,
bananas, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, peaches,
blueberries, cherries, oranges, or apples

GLAZE:
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Pineapple Juice
1/2 c. Orange Juice
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
Dash of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll and spread in 17" x 11" pan the cookie dough. Bake as directed on package, until golden brown. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Then spread on top of crust. Top with the cut-up fruit.
Boil glaze ingredients and cool. Drizzle over top of fruit pizza.
