Skinless Chicken Breasts
Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp. or so melted Butter
Prosciutto Ham
Slices of Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c. or so White Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts, then slice chicken breasts lengthwise into strips. Roll chicken strips in grated Parmesan cheese. Fry strips in melted butter. Once cooked through, place strip of prosciutto ham on top, then a slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Put lid on pan until cheese melts. Remove chicken to warm platter. Put white wine in pan. De-glaze pan for one minute. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
