8 cups dried bread crumbs
1 Tabs sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 medium sized onion, chopped
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup broth from giblets
giblets (cooked and diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets in chicken bouillon. Remove; cool; dice.

Brown celery and onion in butter.

Mix egg, sage, salt and broth. Pour over bread cubes, stirring to mix evenly. Add celery, onion and butter mixture. Stir until evenly mixed - but do not over mix.

Bake in 350 º oven for 30 minutes.

This is my adaptation of Grandma Lund's recipe. You can stuff this dressing into a turkey bake separately. Grandma's recipe said to double or triple this recipe for a big turkey.
