8 slices bacon
3 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1 tomato - seeded and chopped
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 onion - chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 - 16oz biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mixture is baked in buttermilk biscuit cups.
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Lightly grease mini muffin pans. ( I used Pam)
In skillet over medium heat,cook bacon/drain. Crumble bacon into bowl and mix tomato, onion, cheese,mayo and basil.
Separate biscuits in half.
Press each into muffin cups.
Fill in with bacon mixture.
Bake 10-12 min.
. Can be baked and re-warmed.
