2 (1 pound) cans chunk pineapple, drain
1 cup sugar
6 T. flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
4 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar and flour in large mixing bowl. Add pineapple and stir to coat. Stir in shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish. Cover with crushed crackers. Drizle butter over top. Bake for 45 mins. Serve hot!
