1 3/4 C. finely crushed vanilla wafers
6 T. butter, melted


Filling:

4 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
2 T. all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
6 T. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Crust: Butter a 9 in. springform pan. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with butter. Press mixture into pan to form crust.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour with an electric mixer until light and creamy (about 3 minutes). Add eggs and yolk one at a time, beating well after each. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat, scraping down sides of bowl, until smooth.

Pour mixture into crust; place on a baking sheet. Bake until cake is firm around the edge and center barely jiggles when tapped, about 50 minutes. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
