1/3 c. Grey Poupon honey mustard
3 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 boneless chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb.)

Directions:
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on the chicken breast. Grill or broil the chicken while brushing the additional mustard mixture frequently until done.
