Directions:
Pie Crust
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour liquid into flour all at once. Blend until flour is all moist. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Makes 3 pie crusts or 2 cobbler crusts.

Chocolate
Mix dry ingredients in medium saucepan. Add all other ingredients and cook until sugar and margarine (or butter) melts. Meanwhile, cut crust dough in half. Roll out to fit a 13x9 pan. Place one crust in the bottom, pour in the chocolate mixture, and place the other crust on top. Cut slits in the top crust. Sprinkle top crust with sugar and lay on pats of butter, if desired. Cook at 325-350 until crust is brown = about 35-40 minutes. (Bake at 350 in metal pan or 325 in a glass pan)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Just about everyone I know loves the Chocolate Cobbler from Angela's Cafe. Henriann Catteau was given this recipe (it may not be the exact recipe) and she passed it to Becky and then Becky passed it to me. I haven't made it but am sure willing to try it if it comes out as tasty as Angela's!!!
