2 lbs. of Velveeta cut into chunks
1 lb. of ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. of chili powder or taco seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-2 c. of salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain, and put it into small crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat in the crock pot until heated through (low setting for about 45 minutes). Serve warm with nachos, scoops, or triscuits.
