8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Beat in cream cheese. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Spoon mixture into lightly buttered 2 quart dish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through at 350 degrees.
