2 cans sweetened condensed milk: 15 oz each
1 cup Key Lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
4 slightly beaten egg yolks

Meringue:
4 egg whites
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
(Bake a 9 inch deep dish pie crust according to instructions.)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix together all ingredients for filling. Pour the mixture into the baked pie crust. Prepare meringue: In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. In a second bowl, stir together the sugar, constarch and salt. Add the sugar mixture, a little at a time, to the egg whites, beating between additions. Continue to beat until the sugar dissolves. Spoon the meringue over the pie filling. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until merigue peaks are golden in color.
