Step one:
1 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ or oat bran
1/2 c. sugar (I usually add a little extra)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Step two:
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
1 egg
1/4 c. melted margarine

Final step:
1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together from step one. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients from step two (save the blueberries till the end). Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Finally add blueberries and stir just until mixed.
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes for full sized muffins, 15 minutes for mini muffins.
Make 24 muffins, 48 mini muffins
**Fill muffin tins quick full as they don't rise much.
