1/8 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 black pepper, or to taste
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet(s)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp white white vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 txp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Season both sides of salmon with salt & pepper; place salmon in prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, water, vinegar, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brush 2 tbsp of mustard sauce over salmon fillets. Set aside remaining mustard sauce.
Roast until salmon is fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Serve salmon with remaining mustard sauce spooned over top.
