First Layer:
3 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8oz each)
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla

2nd Layer:
3 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Grease Spring Pan with butter on bottom & sides. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs to form crust on bottom & sides.

(1st Layer) Preheat oven to 350 degree. Mix 3 - 8 oz cream cheese already softned with 4 eggs. Mix creamy smooth with no lumps. Add 3/4 cup of sugar a little at a time. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for approx 30 min. Let stand 2 1/2 hours to cool.

(2nd Layer) Preheat oven to 325 degree. Place sour cream in a medium size bowl. Beat on medium speed gradually adding sugar. Beat until fluffy, not stiff. Add vanilla. Blend well. Pour over 1st layer. Bake for approx 20 min. Cool in refrigerator. Place fruit topping of your choice.
