7 cups water
6 cups instant white rice
6 cubes chicken bouillon
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp dried onion
1/2 cup dehydrated vegetables (such as carrots or celery)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray Craisins)

4 - 7oz foil pouches of chunk chicken

At home: In two gallon size zip top bags, evenly divide rice, bouillon, garlic, parsley, onion, vegetables and cranberries.

In camp: Boil water, add contents of zip top bag, add chicken. Stir well & bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat, keep covered, and allow to stand for another 5 minutes.
