Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 container marscapone cheese
1/4 lb. prosciutto ham, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Snap off tough ends of the asparagus. Boil spears for 4 minutes in salted water; drain and place in a bowl of ice water, to stop cooking. Cut prosciutto in half the short way, so that you end up with a stack of approximately 5- inch long slices. Spread about 1 T. of marscapone cheese on a slice of prosciutto, and place 3 spears of asparus on one end and roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place the rolls about 3—4 inches under broiler for about 2 minutes, until prosciutto crisps 4 asparagus tips brown slightly. Number of servings depends on number and thickness of the asparagus spears.
