Rub for ribs:
3 T. chili powder
1 tsp. coarse salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Sauce:
1 (10 oz.) jar seedless blackberry jam
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. steak sauce
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. hot sauce

Directions:
Mix rub together and rub into ribs. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Brush sauce on ribs. Keep some sauce for grilling.
