10 club crackers
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
2 T melted butter
1 lemon
1 lb white fish

Directions:
Directions:
Chop first 4 ingredients in food processor. Set aside.

Salt and pepper fish and place it in a small casserole dish. Cover fish with above mix from the food processor. Drizzle melted butter over fish. Bake at 350º 10-15 minutes (until the topping is golden brown). Turn oven on broil for last minute or 2.

Serve with lemon.
