1 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits in natural juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 1/2 cups crushed townhouse crackers
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Pour undrained pineapple in bottom of greased 8x8 casserole dish
Mix sugar, flour, and cheese together. Sprinkle on top of pineapple
Bake 350º for 20 minutes
Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle butter over crumbs
Return to oven for 10 minutes
