Dressing:
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp french's mustard
paprika

Salad:
4 celery stalks
1/2 onion
5 lb bag of russet potatoes
12 eggs
1 quart mayo
salt to taste

Directions:

Dressing:
Add all dressing ingredients to frying pan and cook until thick over low heat.
Let cool
Add 1 quart of mayo

Salad:
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
Cook in water until desired tenderness
Hard boil 12 eggs
Chop celery
Chop onion
Chop 10 eggs
Slice 2 eggs for decorative finish

Mix everything together and salt to taste. Add sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
