1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup apples - diced
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and sugar; add flour, baking powder and beat again. Add other ingredients and beat well.

Bake at 300º for 30 minutes in greased and floured baking dish.

It will rise several inches and have a thin crispy crust. Good alone or better with whipped cream or hard sauce
