Ingredients:  
-4 cups finely chopped onion
-4 garlic cloves minced
-1 cup vegetable oil
-4 cups water
-3 cups ketchup
-1 1/3 cups lemon juice
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 cup steak sauce
-1/4 mustard
-2 T salt
-1/2 cup liquid smoke (optional)
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven saute onion and garlic in oil for about 10 min or until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 15 min. Cool. Transfer to storage containers. Cover and refrigerate over night. This can be canned and will last for a long time.
