1/4 lb butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oatmeal
3 tsp flour - sifted
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Beat eggs well and add vanilla, mix dry ingredients. Add butter to mixture and mix well. Refrigerate overnight

Cover cookie sheet with foil and drop 1/2 tsp full's
will spread.

Bake at 325º for 10-15 minutes.
