9" pie crust - baked
5 large tomatoes - peeled, cored and sliced thick
3/4 tsp Basil
4 tbsp fresh Chives or 3 tbsp scallions - chopped
3/4 cup Mayonnaise - Helman's
1 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese - grated
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pie crust with tomatoes, sprinkling salt, pepper, chiles and basil over each layer.
Mix mayonnaise and cheese - spread over tomatoes.

Bake 400º for 35 minutes.
Let settle (3-5 minutes) before cutting.
