1 package Mountain House Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs (instant, does not require cooking) -- Be careful not to buy the type of eggs that require cooking!

4 - soft taco size tortillas (plain, wheat or flavored as desired)
4 packets salsa or taco sauce (available at McDonald's or Taco Bell)
1-2 ounces of cheese (crumbled from individual packaged cheese sticks or individual cheeses in wax coating), if desired
1-2 ounces of bacon bits, if desired

Directions:

Boil water and prepare eggs according to package directions.

Divide eggs between 4 tortillas, top with salsa, cheese & bacon (as desired).

Roll up and eat!
