1 can prune plums (14 oz)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain plums, reserving 2 tbsp liquid. Remove pits from plums. In a blender, puree plums and reserved liquid. In a small sauce pan, combine plum puree, sugar and vinegar. Heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a gentle boil. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
