1 Pkg Canned or frozen spinach
1 Can Artichoke hearts, quartered
1 8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 Cup Romano cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Clove Minced Garlic (but I always add extra!)
1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, romano cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and garlic. Chop artichokes and drain spinach and stir into mixture. Spread into a 8x8 square pan. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and golden around the edges.
