1 lg. onion
3 chicken breasts
1 c chicken broth
2 T butter
1/4 c lemon juice
1 T flour
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mince onion & saute in 1 T butter. Brown chicken with onions. Add seasonings and broth. Simmer 30 minutes. Add egg & 1 T flour to lemon juice. Pour over chicken and increase heat for 15 minutes.
