4 c fruit of choice
3/4 c sugar
3 T soft butter
1 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c milk

Topping:
1 c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place fruit in 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix sugar, butter, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and spoon this mixture over fruit.

Topping:
Mix ingredients and sprinkle over mixture. Gently pour 3/4 c boiling water over dry ingredients. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350º or until lightly brown.
