1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Press firmly into ungreased pan.
Spread ketchup on top.
Bake approximately one hour.
