(2 Pies)
2 Pie shells
1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
can diced green chiles per pie
2 cups 1/2 1/2
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt (1/4 for 1/2 recipe, or one pie)
1/2 tsp cumin

(1/2 ingredients for one pie.)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake shells 12 minutes. Directions on pie shell package.
Sprinkle cheese over bottom. All Jack and 1/2 of cheddar.
Put chiles over cheese.
Pour in custard.
Sprinkle rest of cheddar over the top.(1/2brown on top.
Let stand 15 minutes.
