Chicken Wings
Flour
1-2 tsp. cayenne flour

Sauce
One bottle Louisiana Hot sauce
1½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp paprika
6-10 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash wings in cold water. Rinse off and dry with paper towels. Mix 2 cups of flour with one or two tsp. cayenne pepper. Mix wings and flour in plastic bag and shake. Put wings on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bring all ingredients to boil; shut off. Cook wings for approximately ten minutes in fryer at 350 degrees. Dip wings in sauce.
