1/4 c plus 2T caramel topping
1 Graham cracker crust
1/2 c plus 2T pecans
1 c milk
2 (3oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 c canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 - 8oz cool whip

Directions:
Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into crust, sprinkle with 1/2 c pecans. Beat milk; pudding; pumpkin & spices. Stir in 1-1/2 c cook whip. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with remaining cool whip, caramel & pecans.
