3/4 c. butter, cubed
1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 dried cranberries
6 squares (1 ounce each) white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

Frosting:
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powder sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel, optional
6 squares (1oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted
1/2 c. dried cranberries, chopped

Directions:

Melt butter; stir in brown sugar. Cool to room temp. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to butter mixture. Stir in cranberries and chopped chocolate (batter will be thick). Spread into a greased 13x9x2 in. baking dish. Bake at 350º for 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (do not over bake). Cool on wire rack. For frosting, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powder sugar, and orange peel if desired until blended. Gradually add half of the melted chocolate; beat until blended. Frost brownies. Sprinkle with cranberries. Drizzle remaining chocolate. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
