4 c. fresh broccoli (about 1 1/2 c. chopped)
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 small purple onion, thinly sliced into rings
1/2 c. pecan pieces, toasted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (11 oz. can) mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Add to broccoli mixture. Gently stir in oranges. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. This is better if made the day before serving.

I don't use onions, so I use onion powder to taste. I also use Kraft free mayonnaise. I also have substituted 5 packets of Nutrasweet for the sugar.
