2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. butter
5 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl; mix well. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler. Dip the dough into the chocolate with a toothpick, leaving a small circle on the top.
Place on wax paper, let chocolate harden. Store in covered container with wax paper between the layers.
