1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted *
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt. Stir constantly over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Add walnuts, evaporated milk and vanilla. Makes 3 c., about 60 calories per T.

FOR GIFT GIVING: Spoon into three 8 oz. decorative jelly jars with tight fitting lids. Keep refrigerated up to 1 month.

* Toast walnuts in preheated 350 degree oven for 6 to 8 min.
