2-21/2 pounds beef stew meat
Potatoes (small red skinned kind the best
Carrots (baby work great)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped leak
Beef stew seasoning
salt to taste
1 packet Knorr's cream of leek soup
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
8 ounces beef broth
4 ounces of red wine

Crock pot 8-10 hours on low. Stir 1/2 way, but if you are out forget the stirring.
