8 c. potatoes, cubed, peeled, and cooked (about 11 medium)
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Miracle Whip
2-3 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard

Directions:
Boil the potatoes, drain, and cool. When potatoes are completely cooled, add the remaining ingredients. Stir, chill, and serve.
