1 stick butter
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1 egg yolk
1 TBSP sour cream
1 1/2 - 1/3/4 cups flou
3 TBSP finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with salt and pepper.

Blend in egg yolk and sour cream.

Blend in 1 1/2 cup flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. If it's too wet, add up to 1/4 cup more flour. Chill one hour.

Pre-heat oven to 400º

On floured surface, roll dough to 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake 12 -15 minutes until lightly browned.
