1 box Crispix cereal
1 (12oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 stick of butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Pour cereal into a large bowl. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and mix until cereal is well coated. Add powdered sugar, and shake well until covered.
