1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
3 packages Jello (3 different flavors)
1 package plain gelatin
1 cup hot pineapple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 package lady fingers (or 2 cups graham cracker crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Make Jello from each package using 1 1/2 cups of water for each; pour into shallow pans and chill throughly.

Cut Jello into small cubes. Soak gelatin (plain) in 1/4 cup of cold water and add to 1 cup of hot pineapple juice. let cool.

Whip 2 cups of cream with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add gelatin mixture to whipped cream and fold in cubed Jello.

Line spring form pan with graham cracker crust or use lady fingers. Pour in mixture. Chill 24 hours. Remove from spring form pan to serve.
