Ingredients:  
1 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg, unbeaten
1/3 C butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
5 or 6 apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up apples.
Place in baking dish (6"x10" or 8"x8").
Sprinkle with cinnamon (and extra sugar if desired) to taste.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt.
Add egg to flour mixture and mix with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Over entire mixture, pour butter.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350º.
