1 large onion, finely chopped
18 oz bottle of ketchup
1/2 C water (rinse out ketchup bottle)
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 C vinegar
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp dry mustard

Mix ingredients.

Add thin slices of meat and simmer 1/2 hour
