1 1/2 c firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems
4-6 garlic cloves
3 T fresh oregano leaves
3 T white wine vinegar
3/4 c olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Toss parsley, oregano, and garlic into a food process. Chop until fine. Place in small bowl. Stir in vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve.

This is an Argentinean recipe meant to go with steak. I also like it with veggies and salmon. Really, it goes pretty well with just about anything grilled!
