2 T butter
3/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 c pomegranate juice
3/4 c brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add pomegranate juice, sugar, and cardamom. Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Goes great over cardamom (instead of cinnamon) french toast. You can make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
