1 c. cut up cranberries
2 tbsp. sugar
Scant 1/2 c. molasses (add water to make it 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Butter Sauce
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
Heat until sugar is dissolved.

Mix all of the above in a large bowl. Put in a glass dish, cover it and place this into another dish with water in it. Steam this for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
OR
Cover with wax paper and micro cook for 8 - 10 minutes (until solid). Do not place in a pan of water.

Recipe turns out the same!!!!!!! Top with butter sauce.
