1 box cake mix (flavor your choice)
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 box powdered sugar

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with spoon and pat into 9x12 pan.

Mix last four ingredients together and beat well (with mixer). Pour over first mixture. Bake at 325º for 30 to 35 minutes.
